At Pyramid Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund process is simple and customer-friendly.

 Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or perfume products.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at pyramidcosmetic@gmail.com or via WhatsApp +971 58 506 5080 with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or sent in error.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products

  • Perfumes and fragrances

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards
