If you are not fully satisfied, our return and refund process is simple and customer-friendly.
Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or perfume products.

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:
